Clients rate their coaches at 8.6 (on a 0-10 scale), when rating their satisfaction with their coaching experience. When asked if they would recommend their coach to others, the NPS score is categorized as “excellent”.

The results and data are verified by external experts from EPSI Rating. EPSI Rating is a recognized European system for measuring customer- and employee satisfaction. EPSI Rating have expertise within a range of sectors and perform studies based on scientific methods.
